If you are not fully satisfied,or something is not quite right , you have 5 days to return. 

1.First step you have to inform us via call or an email/ and we inform you about your options 

a. You can change your size , or color and the delivery costs 4.00€ each way.

b.If you just want to return , ask for a refund. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase, usually it takes 5 to 10 days depending of the bank account. For the refund to be acceptable the product must be first received and we must make sure it is in great condition , not been used or have any alteration. The delivery costs 4.00€

In any case you must inform us and send the package within 5 days since you receive. 

Please fill out a return note, with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange and make sure that your return note and your receipt are placed in your parcel. Please send your returns by postoffice, the same that was used for your delivery . Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
